Is my rental covered if I drop a lens?
The security deposit covers accidental damage up to its amount, and claims must be filed within 72 hours of return. Read the deposit guide for how holds and claims work.
Is the security deposit charged to my card?
No. It is an authorization hold sized to the item’s declared value, never a charge, and it releases automatically 72 hours after a successful return.
What does a rental cost on top of the daily rate?
A 15% service fee (minimum $2) plus sales tax, both shown on the booking card before you confirm. Owners set the daily rate themselves.
